3. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly perform streams; circumvent technical protections; use automated scraping; or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Contact us first

Reach support with your account email and order details. Many billing issues — wrong plan, accidental renewal, setup trouble, or a charge you do not recognize — are resolved within one business day when we handle them directly.

We ask that you contact us before starting a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer when you can, so we have a chance to review your account, confirm service status, and issue an eligible refund on our side if one applies. You always retain any rights your payment provider or local law gives you.

When refunds may apply

Refunds are reviewed case by case for issues such as duplicate charges, service not provisioned as described, or significant outages we cannot fix. Once credentials are delivered and the service is working as sold, fees are generally non-refundable for the active term, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

Free trial

Free trials are limited to one per household unless we approve otherwise. If you believe a trial was charged in error, contact us with your account details and we will review it promptly.

Payment disputes with your bank

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, the payment network may automatically reverse funds while the case is investigated. During that process:

  • Service may be paused: We may temporarily suspend access while the dispute is open. This helps prevent duplicate refunds (one from us and one from the bank) and is standard practice for digital subscriptions.
  • We will cooperate: If you disputed a charge by mistake, or the issue is resolved, contact us with the outcome. When appropriate, we can restore service or discuss next steps.
  • Fraudulent or abusive disputes: We may decline future signups tied to accounts that repeatedly file disputes without contacting us or that we reasonably believe involve fraud. This is not directed at customers acting in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email contact@nexa8k.stream or message us on WhatsApp from the contact on your account. Include your username, plan, payment date, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
